What is the main difference between Quick Fix and Reset?
Quick Fix is a faster conditioning and protein boost that keeps your natural hair shape and lasts up to 30 days. Reset creates a longer-lasting smoother or straighter shape and can last up to four months.
Will FABRIQ make my hair poker straight?
Quick Fix does not reshape the hair. Reset can create a much smoother or straighter result, but it is personalised around your texture, condition and preferred finish. Your stylist will discuss what is realistically achievable.
Can FABRIQ help damaged or coloured hair?
Yes, both treatments are designed to strengthen and improve the feel of the hair. Suitability and the exact process depend on its current condition. Reset can shift some colour tone or intensity, which your stylist will explain during consultation.
How soon can I wash my hair after Reset?
FABRIQ says Reset can be shampooed from 30 minutes after treatment. Before the first shampoo, rinse the hair thoroughly with cool water for 3–5 minutes. For maximum straightening on very curly hair, your stylist may recommend waiting up to 48 hours.
Will I need special homecare?
Professional FABRIQ homecare is important for the best performance and longevity. Your stylist will recommend the most suitable Build, Hydrate, Safe or Soothe routine for your hair.
Can I have FABRIQ while pregnant or breastfeeding?
FABRIQ states that Quick Fix can be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Reset does not contain formaldehyde or its derivatives; if you are pregnant, nursing or have concerns, FABRIQ recommends speaking to your doctor before booking.
Is FABRIQ vegan and cruelty-free?
FABRIQ states that both Quick Fix and Reset are vegan and cruelty-free.
